Sales Executive / Intern (2 roles)

About the Role:
Based in the centre of Kolkata, successful candidates will be selling advertising space to property brokers / builders.
The successful candidates as we are looking for 5 sales staff will be given full training on all products but will need to have a background in Sales(experience within this sector), and a good knowledge of Property Markets, Advertising, or web based businesses. A proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets is essential.
You will be expected to be on the road 4 days a week selling with 1 day in the office generating your own sales leads, making your own appointments and catching up on sales admin. All travel will be expensed through the company (on reception of the Receipt, and only work related travel).
The company is in the process of developing a customer care unit throughout the large group in addition to the new sales and marketing system.
You will be joining West Bengal’s leading property search company who currently does business within Kolkata, Kolkata Suburban, Durgapur , Bardhaman and West Bengal India, The company will also plan out for all new sales people a solid career path with incentives and a structured development plan based on performance.

Sales or industry experience ( minimum 1 year) in Real Estate/Adevertising.
Motorbike for travelling to clients (Preferred).
Working knowledge of Windows , MS Office .
Motivated, Team player, Good communications skills in English, Bengali, Hindi.
