Listing Type: (If not specifically searching for Sale or Rent or Paying Guests)
Select Sale. If you are looking for a property to Rent then select that option. If you are just around to take a look then Any Listing Type is the ideal choice.
Property Type: (If not specifically searching for Sale or Rent or Paying Guests)
Select a property type - Flat / House / Bungalows or any one property type from drop down list.
State - City - Locality: Select a State, City & Locality where you want to search buy / rent.
[For example if you want to look at properties in West Bengal (as State) – Kolkata (as City) – Rajarhat (as Locality), from the lists.]
(Our Location/ Locality, is based on Post Office & PIN codes. For Query in Post Office Area & PIN codes, see our Locality-PINcode List )
For best results use Search Radius along with Location field.
Price Range: Select a price range minimum and maximum, both, for better results.
Floor Area (Square Feet): Select a floor area range minimum and maximum, both, for better results.
Search Radius: (very useful – Homes Located Exclusive) Select a Location(must) and then select a Search Radius(in Kilometers) to find properties in that area.
[Example: Select Search Radius : 3km`s, if you might want to find all properties within 3 kms of Rajarhat.]
Bedrooms: (Optional) If you want you can select number of bedrooms.
Bathrooms: (Optional) If you want you can select number of bathrooms.
Pets Allowed: (Optional) Applicable only for Rent & Paying Guest Properties.
Lock Up Garage: (Optional) If you want you can select properties which have Lock Up Garage only.
Ownership: (Optional) If you want you can select properties having Mutation done / Land Record Certified / etc.
Land Type: (Optional) If you want you can select type of land: Baastu, Daanga, Agricultural.
Market Status: (Optional) If you want you can search properties from options like: Available, Under Construction, Under Contract, etc
Our Featured Properties: (Optional) If you want you can select to search Our Featured Properies Only.
Keywords: Enter any word here like,- name of broker, name of any area/city/road/sub-locality. Any keyword/term you wish to start your search with.Note that we do not select any other search criteria in this case!
THIS SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH THE OTHER SEARCH CRITERIA.
IT SOULD ALWAYS BE USED ON ITS OWN.
Arrange By: Arrange your results by property date, low to high price.
Note:
To find properties within particular areas use – Location & Radius.
To find a particular property (a project for example) use – Keyword.

All Fields Below are Optional.
Total Beds in Room: Select No. of Beds in One Room
No. Of Beds: Select total No. of Beds in the Property
Bathroom Shared With: If bathroom is shared, select with how many roommates it is shared.
Occupation: Select Paying Guest / Mess for Employed / Student / Unemployed / Any Occupation.
Gender: Select Paying Guest for Male / Female.
Daily Meals Provided: If you want you can select daily meals provided per day.
Ulmirah Included: Select Paying Guests/Mess where Ulmirah is included or not.
Get Home By: If you want you can select then time to Get Home By.
